Cliff’s Chilled Peach Soup

This is a nice alternative to serve fresh peaches to your family.  A chilled soup can be served as an appetizer or a quick lunch.

Kitchen Dads™ - Cliff's Chilled Peach Soup

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Yields: 4 to 6 servings


  • 3 medium size ripe peaches
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can of peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup of half and half


  1. Peel the peaches. Hint: If you quickly submerge the peaches in boiling water, the skin should peal off easily.
  2. Cut the peaches into chunks and remove the pits. Place peach flesh into a blender.
  3. Add peach nectar
  4. Add half & half
  5. Add the juice from 1 lemon.
  6. Blend it slowly for about a minute.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint, a dollop of whipped cream or small splash of half & half.
