Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs

Today we are making some Baked Boneless BBQ Chicken Thighs. It couldn’t be made any easier with the Suckle Buster seasoning and peach barbecue sauce. For this recipe, we paired our chicken with a grape and feta salad for a delicious and quick dinner.

Yields: 3 servings


  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper seasoning
  • Suckle Busters or your favorite peach barbecue sauce


  1. Place your washed chicken thighs in a bowl and add in some olive oil to coat.
  2. Once coated, place them on a lightly greased sheet pan. Don't crowd.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place it in a 425 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Set an alarm for 15 minutes so you can baste some of the peach barbecue sauce. Then pop them back in the open for the remaining 5 minutes.
  5. Once done, baste the chicken again with the peach barbecue sauce. Plate and serve.
  6. Plate it up and pair it with your favorite salad for a more enjoyable meal.
