Sauteed Mahi Mahi with Lemon Garlic Butter

This is an elegant entrée that will impress your family or guests, but it is embarrassingly simple to create. Serves 2 to 4.

Yields: 2 to 4 servings


  • 2 - 4 fillet of wild mahi mahi fillets
  • Cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic,crushed
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • Chopped chives (optional)


  1. Heat cooking oil in a skillet.
  2. Once pan and oil are hot, gently place fish in it. Cook until one side starts to brown and then flip them over.
  3. Add crushed garlic, wine and lemon juice.
  4. Cook it until the juice settles down and then add your 2 tablespoons of butter.
  5. After a few minutes, plate the cooked mahi-mahi, drizzling the remaining sauce over the fillets
  6. Garnish with chives.
